4. Network Participation

If approved, your relationship with us may be further governed by separate written terms, including but not limited to offer-specific rules, payout terms, insertion orders, or platform agreements (including those of third-party systems such as tracking platforms).

5. Offers, Tracking & Reporting

We use third-party tracking and reporting tools to manage offers, clicks, conversions, and payouts. While we aim to keep tracking and reporting accurate and transparent, technical issues may occur.

You agree that reported numbers in the tracking platform are the primary basis for performance measurement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any disputes regarding tracking or reporting must be raised promptly and in good faith so we can investigate.

6. Traffic Quality & Compliance

Affiliates are required to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to anti-spam, privacy, and advertising standards in the jurisdictions where traffic is generated.

Prohibited activities may include, without limitation, sending unsolicited email (“spam”), using misleading or deceptive creatives, incentivized traffic where not allowed, fraudulent leads or sales, and any activity that may harm advertisers, end users, or the reputation of The Pulpos Ads.

We reserve the right to pause campaigns, withhold payouts, or remove users from the network where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or material non-compliance.

7. Payments

Payouts to affiliates and billing to advertisers are subject to the agreed terms, including payment schedules, minimum thresholds, currencies, and applicable fees. We may adjust payment methods or schedules where required by banking, compliance, or risk considerations.

We do not guarantee any specific level of traffic, conversions, or revenue. All performance marketing involves risk, and results will vary between campaigns and partners.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and layout, is the property of The Pulpos Ads or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without prior written permission, except where required to run campaigns as authorized.
